Who are we
A small branch formed in 1993 by a handful of members who met in a room above a shop in Redditch. The branch is run by a dedicated team of volunteers who form the committee, supported at all times by Parkinsons U.K. (West Midlands and National Office). National office provides guidance for all activities and outings plus advice on health and safety.

FUN IS THE AIM OF BOTH ACTIVITIES
Crossroads
At present we provide 4 hours per month rest bite. Recommendation comes from the I.S.W. and then to the committee. This allocation is followed by an assessment by crossroads to assertain the needs of the member.
Fundraising
This involves a variety of activities from skydiving, coffee morning, collections and quiz nights - always well supported. The fund not only supports the needs of our local members but contributes towards research projects which intern will help find a cure and improve life for all Parkinsons sufferers.
